Name: This one is pretty simple. All you need to do is type in your characters name. If you are part of a clan then your last name needs to be the clan's name.
Aiko Hyuga: You see my character is part of the Hyuga clan so his last name must be Hyuga.

Nickname: Does your character go by a nickname?
The Lancer: This is just a random nickname I pulled out of my head. Your character doesnt have to have a nickname.

Age: Make it reasonable. Dont make a 5 year old be a chunin or an 89 year old be a genin. Also dont make a 5 year old beat the crap of a 20 year old.

Gender: Simple. Is your character a male or female?

Sexual Orientation: What's your character? Straight, Bi, Gay, or Lesbian.

Height: How tall is your character?

Weight: How many pounds does your character weigh?

Appearance: This is a picture of your character.

Clothing: This is a paragraph about what clothes your character wears.

Other: Does your character wear earrings or does he have tattoos?

Clan Name: Simple. What is your clan name?

Clan Symbol: If you to add a picture that's fine with you. But I prefer if you add description to it.

Kekkei Genkai: Does your clan have a Kekkei Genkai? And if they do what is it and what does it do? Does it help them in battle or raise up their defense. It's all up to you to make your Kekkei Genkai.

Clan History: How did your clan start? What is are there traditions? Do they have special clothing that all members must wear or do they have a date to remember the dead members?

Clan Jutsu: A list of your clan jutsu.

Clan Specialty: Does your clan jutsu only use Taijutsu or do they love playing tricks with their opponent minds and use Genjutsu alot?

Rank: Check the available ranks in your village.

Element: You only get 1 element if you are a Genin. If you are a Chunin you get 2 elements and if you are a Jounin or higher you get 3 elements.

Stats: Those are your default stats. You leave those alone.

Jutsu/Technique: Genins can only have up to D-rank jutsu. Chunin's C-rank, Jounin's B- rank and Kage's A-rank.

Personality: How does your character act around other characters?

Likes: Must put 5 things he likes

Dislikes: Must put 5 things he dislikes

History: Your whole charcters story goes here. I would prefer if you split it into arc's.
